Well this morning was spent putting a second layer of paint in the pantry so hopefully we will tackle the floor in a few days time once it is all dry! Dinner break was interrupted with the delivery of two water butts, two more to arrive tomorrow!This afternoon, as it was fairly dry outside, was spent clearing the ditch by the stables which was full of lovely smelling muck and mud! I was worried I was digging too deep but as I was scraping the last layer back I found a large old rusty nail and a horse shoe so looks like I got it just right and found the original level of the ditch! It may not look much but I took away about 7 full wheel barrows of mud and muck and still have to finish the top section!
